In order to be able to access services, we require that you complete the ‘Client Enquiry Form’ on this page.
If you do contact through email, phone, social media or otherwise, we will still request for you to complete this form before commencing services.

Funding for therapy
Please note that Kids and Adolescent Therapy Services only provide therapy services to clients who are self funded, NDIS plan managed or NDIS self managed. We currently do not provide services to any clients who are accessing services with Medicare or NDIA managed funding.

Current Capacity:
Please note that we are currently at full capacity for ongoing services, but will be looking to expand with extra hours/therapists in the future. We may contact you to see if you would like to explore block therapy sessions for 5-6 weekly OT sessions, to support a specific goal or set of goals.

Feedback and Complaints
KATS encourages feedback about the services and supports it provides. Any feedback or any concerns can be raised directly with a KATS staff member or via the ‘Feedback and/or Complaints’ form is available at the bottom of this page. KATS will attempt to resolve the matter amicably, with an attempt to resole the complains and disputes fairly, equitably and diligently.
If the Participant and/or Guardian are unhappy with the outcome of the process provided by KATS, the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission can be contacted by attending the local NDIS office, calling 1800 035 544 or visiting www.ndiscommission.gov.au for further information.
